The deceased has been identified as Gopal, a resident of Khaliya, who was employed at a crusher unit in Lodsar. According to initialinformation, the accident occurred when both motorcycles collided while negotiating a turn near the temple, leading to a fatal impact.
Upon receiving information about the incident, Sub-Inspector Geeta Rani from the Sadar Police Station promptly reached the scene. The rider of the second motorcycle survived the collision without injuries.
The recurring accidents in the crusher zone along NH-52 have raised serious concerns about road safety in the area. The latest incident underscores the urgent need for preventive measures and stricter traffic regulation to avert further loss of life.
